Logic doesn't heal fear. Education usually doesn't lead to behavior change. More often, it puts people into a mental tailspin about what's "right" and what's "wrong, and all the fear (aka paralysis) that comes along with trying those out.

It feels so good to connect with and know that you got people protecting your neck and watching your back from the spirit realm...and I know you know this whenever you say something like “I know my [insert loved one’s name] is looking down on me… But that doesn't mean we go to the ancestral realm —as good as it looked in Black Panther—just to feel good, get a good word from our people and then come back to earth to be the same.
