S2 | Episode 14: No social change happens without spiritual support

Logic doesn't heal fear. Education usually doesn't lead to behavior change. More often, it puts people into a mental tailspin about what's "right" and what's "wrong, and all the fear (aka paralysis) that comes along with trying those out.

To change ours actions collectively, we need to heal the fears and wounds in our lineage.

What I know is that emotion—energy in motion—is what heals fear and shifts stagnation stuck in one way of belief. Every great movement went into effect in a deep level because people felt something- they resonated and felt empathy with the plight of another. Engaging only the mind and not the spirit is only doing half the work.
