In an Intuitive Energetic + Insights session, we spend around 2 hours channeling inspiration and information from your higher self and your energetic field. We will leverage your and my intuitive gifts to pull clarity into your field of understanding.

In an Intentional Deep Dive session, we spend approx 3 hours on a specific topic you're itching to work on. Before your session, we'll have an initial consultation to capture exactly what we'll be diving into and once in session, we get moving on channeling practical changes and information, that can grow into big things. And yes, there is "homework" after!

A longer option best for observing how our micro-behaviors and thoughts contribute to the less-than-perfect lives we're living — I recommend this Observe, Unpack + Bridge package for those really ready for long term work of exposing the shadows of their lives, in order to build something amazing from the ashes. Note, this package is hands-on + rewarding!

Best suited for new clients, Space, Activate + Integrate is the option for you to really light the fire in your soul (and under your glutes :) to see yourself in a new light. We'll start by capturing all that's really going on then move through all the stages of vulnerability, clearing, organizing and strategizing towards your new space, while observing how you integrate.
